Who We Are

We care about Health Literacy!

At HealthLitStuff we are a collaborative group of health professionals, health linguists, and health literacy advocates like you who want to provide access to free resources that will help other professionals rethink their current health writing and health translation processes.

In our pages, you can find health literacy tools created by the CDC, AHRC and other health agencies that will help you be the way for improving health outcomes in your audiences. We know that by making health information easy to read and access for all, we can contribute to improving health for all.

HealthLitStuff promotes new and improve ways for the development of translated resources by providing access to tutorials, health literacy assessments, glossaries for more accessible language, and testimonials from health experts about how hospitals and agencies are implementing or planning to improve their translation efforts.
